Return Policy

 We strive to make you happy with your purchase, keeping you in good hands throughout the entire shopping experience and order process.

Merchandise may be returned within Fourteen (14) days from the date of the order is received for a store credit. All merchandise must be returned in NEW CONDITION (unwashed, unaltered with the original tag attached.- If applicable) Any return received with makeup stains, deodorant stains, pet hair or smoke will be refused and returned to you and are subject to a shipping charge.

Please note: All items in Sale/Clearance, Flash Sales, Contest/Winnings and any sales/discounts 20% OFF or more are non-returnable, non-refundable and FINAL SALE.  These items CANNOT be returned for a refund, store credit or be exchanged.

Accessories, Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Silicon Bras, Leotards/leggings/tights and Gift Certificates Cannot be returned or exchanged.

Shoes must be returned in their original box and mailed back inside another box. If there is any damage to the shoe box, shipping labels, packing tape. Or any other markings on the outside of the shoe box it will not be accepted. The item will then be returned to the customer and is subject to a return shipping fee.

EXCHANGES

Due to the high-volume of orders we receive, we do not technically do exchanges. We are unable to guarantee the item/size you need will be available once your return is received. Therefore we suggest placing an order for the item/size you would like and sending the previous item back for a full refund!

DEFECTIVE

If you received defective merchandise, please contact our customer service department within two business days, to replace item, or issue a refund. Item must be in unworn condition, like new and have tags attached
(If applicable). Please send photos of defect.

 RETURNING

  1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets all criteria.
  2. Complete the return form that is included in your order and include it inside the package with the item/s you are returning.
  3. Please return your item(s) via the shipping carrier of your choice. Return shipping is solely the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information for your record. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged merchandise while in transit.
  4. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification with the status of your return.

 

REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDER(S)

Make sure your address is correct on shipping form.  We do not hold responsibility if a package is lost or sent to the wrong address.

 REFUND

We will refund your purchase amount minus any shipping fee (except free shipping) in the form of Store Credit with No Expiration Date.

 If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you at your expense, OR, we can send the items back to you with a future order.  We will hold non-returnable merchandise for 30 days.  After 30 days, the items will be donated to charity.

Refunds can only be issued in the form of an online store credit. Once received, you will be emailed a gift code (no expiration date) for the amount of your return. Processing time for all returns is 1-2 business days.
